Profile settings

Under Settings → Profile you can manage:

  • Display name and email
  • Default currency
  • Data retention — How long claims and transactions are kept (see Data retention)
  • OpenDyslexic font — Improved readability for people with dyslexia (see OpenDyslexic)
  • Filter pattern style — Wildcards or regular expression for text filters on the Transactions and Claims tables (and Help sidebar search). See Filtering transactions.
  • Suggested claim title — Template for the suggested claim title shown on the claim detail page. Use the Definition Builder: click field names (Provider, Invoice Number, Expense Date, etc.) to add them to the template. The default is Provider; Invoice Number; Expense Date. Use “Reset to default” to restore the built-in template.
  • Show feedback sidebar — Display the feedback panel on the right for quick submissions (see Feedback)
  • Notification preferences — Which emails you receive (see Notifications)
