People lose money when they forget to claim, lose receipts, or lose track of what's been paid. ClaimStation exists to fix that. We built a single place to record expenses, track status with insurers and employers, and see when reimbursements land — so you get back what you're owed.

Design philosophy

Privacy-first: Your data is yours. AI features are always opt-in, and when you use them, we anonymise your data before it leaves our systems. We don't sell your personal data.

Accessible: We support themes (including high-contrast), the OpenDyslexic font, and keyboard-friendly tables and navigation. We build so more people can use the product.

International: ClaimStation is built for an international audience. Multiple currencies, multiple languages, and a roadmap to support more — because reimbursement doesn't stop at one country or language.

International reach

ClaimStation is available in English (with NZ, UK, and US variants), Dutch, German, and Spanish (Latin America). We're planning support for many more languages — so wherever you are, you can use the product in your language.
