Introducing ClaimStation

ClaimStation is a web app for tracking and managing reimbursement claims. Whether you’re claiming back medical expenses from your health insurer, work expenses from your employer, or rebates from a government scheme, we built ClaimStation to give you one place to record, track, and see when the money comes back.

The problem we’re solving

People lose money when they forget to claim, lose receipts, or lose track of what’s been paid. We wanted to fix that. With ClaimStation you can:

  • Create claims with description, amount, category, and optional documents
  • Import bank transactions and link them to claims (expenses and reimbursements)
  • See at a glance what’s outstanding and what’s been paid
  • Share a household with family and track claims per person

What’s next
